Bottle - Chhesy apricot and creamy sweetness. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet stone fruit, lots of apricot and yeast. Light and bubbly finish with a touch of spice. No blueberry, nor much oak notes.

Watch out for this one as it creates a huge frothy white head that puff away in the glass, as well as out of the bottle after the first pour. Hazy golden colour with great retention and full foam lacing. Aromas of sweet fruitiness (apples), yeast, sugars and mild spices. Apples in the taste as well with metallic hints from the hops creating a decent dryness and the yeast again, softer. Pretty hoppy for a saison. Nice citrus notes in the aftertaste blending with the grass.

Un produit fort bien fait, sans défaut même... La café, la vanille et l’anis sont dominants mais pour le reste, c’est un brin conservateur.

Labelled as Nouvelle Moisson: A hazed golden ale with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, smooth biscuit malt with light perfumy notes, faint Brett, grassy hops, nice. In mouth, a rather doughy example, with biscuit malt, wet dough, grassy surranated hops, sweet fruity notes, powdery moutfeel, OK, considering this is a year old.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of bitter hops with some citrus notes is enjoyable. Taste is mostly dominated by citrus hops notes with some light dry caramel malt notes and medium bitterness level. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but not really standing out from other IPA.

Pours a hazy copper-amber colour with a very warm cap that lasts quite long and has nice wavy-foamy-creamy lacing. Sweet aromas from the chocolate malts with some hops, hints of coffee, roasted malts and dark fruits. The grassy hop is also in the taste with a little metallic finish. Roasted malt giving some burnt coffee with the chocolate a little better hidden this time. Caramel and nuts. Not a bad brew, but not really a Dubbel.

Pours a dark brown colour with red highlights. Seems hazy. Beautiful creamy beige head that lasts long and gives out loads of lacing. Aromas of roasted malts, notes of molasses and raisins. The taste shows well the burnt malts with hints of chocolate. Decently hoppy with some grass. Body is kind of light for the style, so goes down easily and mouthfeel is a little oily. Not a bad impy stout !
