Lightly hazed with a bunch of transparent particles floating around. A bubbly white head, fizzy stay and some mild lacing left. Fresh aromas of peach with a nice sourness, some saltiness and a coriander touch. The taste is milder with some peachiness, and the fruitiness blending with the sourness. A tad salt lingers with the rest. A good, light, refreshing peachy Gose that goes down nicely.

Medium hazed, golden colour with orange hue, an average head leaving a little lacing spots. Pineapple aromas over mild orange juice, a biscuit-caramel malt base and other tropical fruits. The pineapples continues into the flavours, but some herbal-hoppiness come to balance, cut out the sweetness, creating decent drying end. A good juicy, pineapple Double IPA that is refreshing.

(On tap @ La Souche Limoilou, Quebec City, Nov 28/23) Pours clear medium orange with a tiny white head and no lace.Notes of cherry, raspberry and even some floral strawberry, green apple, touch of citrusy acidity, cereal quality is very light, softly woody, a little spice and vanilla maybe, cider-like touches, soft funk and minerality, quite dry into the finish with lingering raspberry and apple with some earth and hay and a little woody tannin. Light body, average carbonation. Pleasant enough but it doesn't really jump out, the fruit quality is pleasant and the barrel augments it. Missing a bit of heft and complexity.
