Bottle. Color: Clear golden, very thin and fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Fruity lemon, peppery hints. Taste: Starting fruity lemon, going to peppery Cayenne with a refreshing lemon twist. Salty hints. Warming mouthfeel at the finish. Just below medium body, low carbonation.

Draught Small, fine white surface over clear golden beer. Very outspoken more of grapes, and even more so, grapejuice. Faint lactic acid. Dry grapejuice, if that makes any sense. Mild acidity, fruitsugars only suggested underneath. A delicate, citrus-like or Traubenzucker flavour. Feels much better carbonated than it looks. Light body, fruitslick. Nice, delicate beer from a brewery, hitherho remaining under the radar. And marc - barrel aged, at that - how delightfully French!

330ml bottle from Thiriez. Pours black with a thin cream-coloured head. Fantastic porter, really flavoursome, addition of pepper is a nice touch, Thiriez's influence perhaps. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Hit's the style square on the head. Excellent. Just a shame about the AI artwork.
