Bière de style Triple NEIPA. Très belle robe jaune intense et opaque, surmontée d’une mousse blanche correcte. Nez très fruité et gourmand, porté par des arômes de fruits mûrs. Attaque ample et généreuse, avec un houblonnage puissant mais maîtrisé. L’alcool est bien intégré, apportant de la rondeur sans lourdeur. Belle intensité en bouche, finale longue et savoureuse. Très bonne bière.

Robe bien trouble, mousse correcte. Nez expressif sur les fruits exotiques. Attaque franche et intense, très aromatique, avec une belle explosion de fruits tropicaux. C’est généreux, plein, exactement ce que j’aime dans une double hazy IPA. Finale savoureuse et persistante. Un vrai plaisir.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is tonka, vanilla, smooth roastyness. Taste is full, rozsty, sweet, bit boozy. Sharp. Loads of tonka. Mild vanilla, speculoos comes to mind. Fairly fullbodied, lower carbonation. Decent.

Black with minimal head. Full bodied. Some roasted and chocolate notes with loads of baking apices. Gives it a bit of a fiery profile. As it warms a huge anise profile comes out to play. Hefty. Solid.

Draught @ L'Imbeertinence, Bethune. Pours a deep gold, lightly misty, small off-white head. Nice deep sweetness, quite rich for a saison, could be mistaken for a triple. Not bad.

A clear golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of banana, some lemon, yeast and wheat malt. Taste of herbal wheat malt, lemon, green banana, yeast, moderate bitterness.
