Description
Wolter de Bes, a born entrepreneur with 10 years of experience, is the driving force behind one of Netherlands most beautiful cafés.

CASPAR, a hospitable and modern ‘brown’ grandcafé, located in Klarendal, Arnhem,

His passion for craft beers and his hospitality, made Wolter decide to serve his clients more than just the standard. Over the past few years Wolter has come up with a lot of ideas for beers. These ideas are getting realized via Brewery CC by Oldskool since all beers from the CC brewery are brewed with the help of Dennis Kort from Oldskool Brewery. The brewery does not have the intention to market its beers more widely, neither in retail nor in the hospitality industry.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. Hazy light orange color, average sized white to off-white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish a bit, slightly fruity, banana though not the annoying artificial kind and very very well balanced. One of the best I've ever had. Superb.

24 June 2018. At Tilburgs Bierfestival. Deputy Taster: Anke.
Cloudy dark orange with a small, foamy, off-white head; little lacing. Aroma of banana, clove, coriander, yeast, white bread, pepper, wheat honey. It tastes medium malty sweet, lots of banana, dough & bread, and light to medium spicy bitter, hints of pepper & clove. Peppery hoppy finish, wheaty, dryish, with lingering bready malt. Medium body, 'fatty' slick, almost creamy texture, lively carbonation. Perfectly acceptable brew.

On tap at Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven, Netherlands, Thursday 28th September 2017 Hazy mid amber with a white head. Hoppy burps with this one, a little caramel in the background, crystal malts? Soft in the mouth, juicy but a little furry rub on the roof of the mouth, nice. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

33cl bottle from a trade with Douberd, many thanks! Pours almost clear golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of herbs, spices and pale malt. Taste of spicy pale malt, herbs, mild hops, high carbonation.

Draught @ Drinkers Pub, Eindhoven. Very hazy yellow color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Don’t get a lot of aroma. Taste wheat, lightly hops, lightly a touch of fruit hops in the distance, a slight citrussy touch that could come from the yeast though. Decent body and carbonation, easy drinkable. Quite nice.
