Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear nut brown. Aroma of roasty malt and citric hops. Medium bodied with solid malt profile. The aroma is carried on to the flavour, so the beer is completely dominated by the roasty malt and grapefruity hops. Balanced bitterness. Tasty, but not complex.

Very dark brown color. WOW cold coffee in the nose with a touch of dark chocolate. Complex smooth malty chocolately body with a touch of smoke in the lasting finish. good stuff.

Bottle, RBESG 2005 Grand Tasting. Brandy colour. Hoppy and medicinal aroma. Fairly dry and bitter flavour, but not much else going on. A bit disappointing.

Hazy but bright orangy color, good creamy off-white head. Strong hoppy nose (Fuggles propably). Medium-bodied with pretty nice malt character. Good hopping for this style. Some sweet and oaky notes. Well-made and enjoyable.

Bottled. Hazy golden, fluffy, firm head. Marked citric hop aroma. Medium sweet with medium body and a wealth of fresh, lemony hops. Medium bitterness. A well balanced, very thirst quenching beer that goes really well to the fish dishes served at the restaurant.

Sampled draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse No. 68, Stockholm. Amber colour, average head. Initial aroma of grapefruit with a non-surprising note of whiskey. Malty with soft mouthfeel, but the alcohol shines through. As it warms up the oak gets more obvious, and in the end also cheap white wine.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear mahogani coloured with a yellowish brown and creamy head. Some licorice in the nose - and some roasted malt too. Also lots of roasted malt in the flavour and a touch of caramel, perhaps even some coffee. Not much body or bitterness. A strong "Mild" - rather unusual. 060705

(Bottle 50 cl) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy. Fizzy head which collapses rather fast - actually it vanishes completely. Highly carbonated. Flowery nose, malty flavours (three different malts) and a rather dry mouthfeel. Rather nice, hoppy finish (also three different hops). Quality lager. 130605 and 190908

A red-brown beer with a beigh heead. The aroma is very weak, what is there is roasted combined with caramel notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, and a dry end as well as a thin body.
