Kent Brewery aims to drag Kent beer into the 21st Century with new tastes and experiences mixed with the best of Kentish brewing traditions. We aim to bring innovation back into the Kent hop trade to feed a new and vibrant brewing market and so help to rejuvenate the local hop-growing industry.

Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear, golden-brown with a modest, creamy white head. Rich, toasty bread in the nose, hints of lightly toasted pine. Medium sweet flavor, toasty bread, some resinous pine, berries, ripe citrus. Light to medium bodied withfine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, pine and grass, earth, toasty almost butnt bred, some ripe berries and citrus. Great beer. Well balanced, nicely hopped.

Cask at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear russet with a fine, creamy head. Toasty bread in the nose, hints of burnt pine and drying citeus. Medium sweet flavor, some berries, earth and toasted pine, some oily grass. Light to medium bodied with average, sharp carbonation. Dry dirt and earth to finish, burnt grass, grapefruit peel. So so overall.

Cask at the 2013 Grape and Grain Spring Beer Festival, Crystal Palace. Dark brown pour with a white head. Light coffee and treacle toffee aroma. Coffee, caramel and toffee flavour. Malty finish.

Cask at Craft Islington, 21/02/13. Lightly hazed golden with a thin off white head. Nose carries vegetal tones, fruit, nuts. Taste comprises light hops, caramel, fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, a little bitterness in the finish.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear deepish brown colour thin beige head. Malty aroma. Malty bitter with decent whack of hops on the finish. Brown sugar and lemon reminded me of pancakes. Nice

Battersea beer festival 06/02/2013. Dark ruby caramel colour. No head. Nose is piny fruity hops. Some caramel sweet malt. Flavour follows. Good hop forward AmericAn c hops. Roast bitter coffee finish.

(Cask at Euston Tap, Euston, London, 21 Nov 2012) Amber colour with brief, white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, apricots and citric, slightly earthy, hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried apricots, citrus peel and generous amounts of citric hops in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Nice one.

Cask at Egham United Services Club Spring Beer Festival 2012. A dark brown/black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, coffee aroma. Tastes sweet, roasty, malty, coffee, almost creamy. Smooth and easy drinking rich porter from Kent.

Craft - Clerkenwell. As ’Brewers Reserve Dry Hopped - Single Hop Columbus’. Clear pale gold beer. Tidy white head. Palate is light and semi dry, just a little crispness. Mild minerals. A trace of hop skunk. Mild fresh orange and pith. Trace of tangerine. Semi dry finish. All right.

Cask @ Craft Beer Co - Clerkenwell, Farringdon EC1. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with weak roasted caramel hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus finish.
