Bit fluffy, just off-white head; hazy, orangeish lively carbonated beer. Dry, white candi sugar intoned 'tripel' nose, smelling sweet, plywood. Typical attempt at a classic triple, unfortunately way too sweet, the ethanol only helping to enhance this; hints of human sweat. White candi sugar totally messing up. Warming up, some banana ester. Dry-ish first, but all the restsugars. Finish gives a stickyness. Alcoholwarmth, very good carbonation. Very disappointing. In order to make it attenuated, the wcs ruins it. Txs to Stef!

10 April 2022. At 14de Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter!
Hazy ochre, thin, white head. Aroma of ripe plum, pineapple, mandarin, some banana. Taste has sweet plum & pineapple over honey maltiness; bitter floral hoppy finish, somewhat piney even, more yellow fruits. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty decent attempt.

Hazy yellow, stable, foamy, white head. Aroma of unripe peach, mandarin, plum, pineapple. Taste has sweet-sour peach & plum, citric over bready malts. Piney hoppy finish with lots of citrus flesh & peel. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Drinkable but lacks depth.

Bouteille 33cl, bottled 04/2021 - BB 04/2022.
In fine, plutôt décevante.
