Pours dark red, towards brown. Smell is berry's, very fruity. mild honey. Taste is full, very fruity, mild dryness. Berries. Honey is mild, easy going mead. Great as a meal's drink !

Pours very dark red, nearly black. Smell is very rich, strong, bit herbal by the pepper. Honey is mild, and so are the cherry's. Taste is full, bit sweet, rather fruity, but cherry's don't pop out as much as you'd expect. Also the pepper is in far better balance than i would have expected. Ends with a strong honey flavor, and maintains it's syrupy character. Very smooth mead, I must say the noses made me expect far less balance than it actually has.

Pours very clear red. Smell reminds me of toilet perfume. Taste is full, sharp, but the toilet perfume aspect really throws me way off, making this one - unlike all their other stuff I had so far - very unpleasant to me. Apparenlty this is a love or hate mead, where many of the ingredients can indeed be found in toilet perfume, hence the connection my brain made. i'm definately not a part of the love group though.

Pours clear, very watery colored blonde. Smell is dry, sharp, intense. Taste is full, funky, honey, wood. Mild spicyness. Very natural honey. Surprisingly good !

Pours dark pink, almost black. Smell is full, fruity, funky, sweet. Taste is full, sweet, fruity, intense, thick, very fruit forward. lovely mead for sure, and the festival favorite by many, but I did enjoy the raspberry one more myself.
