Description
ere you will find multi award winning beers being produced in our specially converted barn set in a quiet wooded valley in West Sussex.
We particularly enjoy brewing old style beers such as porters, stouts and milds. We also produce an extensive range of pale beers and never miss an opportunity to create something new.
Our brewery is set in a beautiful rural location with a quirky little taproom and peaceful outdoor spaces.

6 3 7 3 13 Bottle shared at RBESG Grand Tasting ’17 at Sori brewery. Dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of malt, chocolate, dark fruits and caramel. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

(Sample from a bottle at RBESG 2017 Grand Tasting) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had caramel and berries. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was ashy and bitter. A decent sweet stout.

Bottle. Pours black. Aroma is roast, sweet, vanilla, malt, kvass, bread. Flavor is sweet and bitter, rye bread, malt, roast, somewhat acidic. Carbonation is high. Overall: very good.

Sample from the bottle at RBESG 2017, Tallinn. Color is clear brown with large white head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, wood? some syrup?, molasses and roasted malts. Very weird stout.

F: huge, tanned, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: malty, roasted malt, light fruity, hint of blue and black berries, chocolate. T: roasted malt, cherries, cocoa, resinous, earthy, blueberries, light chocolate, medium to full body, high disturbing carbonation, not bad fruity porter, 0,5l bottle from the brewery.

F: small, some white bubbles. C: gold, light hazy. A: malty, honey, bread, herbal, spicy. T: malty, spicy, herbal, honey, lemon, leather, medium body, low carbonation, drinkable but IPA? Not my thing, half pint @ Kissingate microbrewery near Horsham.
