Superficial sample from Gunnfryds ticker party. Unclear golden orange body under a thin white head that fades straight away. Aroma has malt, sour fruit, berries and wood. Taste has a fine combination of sweetness and sourness, malt, ripe berries, acidic fruit, oak and relatively moderate acidity. Fine body and long lasting aftertaste. Nice one, and less acidic that the average beer from this brewery.

Draught. Hazy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is lemons, some grass, wheat and mild funky tones. Flavour is zesty, lemon, grassy and mild herbal notes with some earthy tones. Funky and quite tartly dry finish.

Draught. Black colour, not much head. Aroma is liquorice, spices, wood, some cooked vegetables and mild tart berries. Flavour is liquorice, some red wine notes, spices, mild alcohol with some cooked vegetables and mild toffee. Strange tartness, otherwise quite nice.

Bottle. It's almost clear in the glass, copper colored and still. Oily. Sourish fruityness in the aroma, yellow plums, vinegar hints and some oak. Dried fruit notes too. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and very softly carbonated, with acidic, woody flavor. Pale malt notes, dark dried fruits, plums and prunes. Vinegar hints in the finish. A bit sour, but sure nice. 230422

Bottle. An unclear copper colored beer with a dense finger-thick beige head. Cellar, red berries, fruityness, vinegar hints and some alcohol in the aroma. It's full-bodied, quite sweet, yet dry and acidic, with some vinegar and alcohol in the flavor. Red berries, funk, vinegar notes and some raisin. Lasting finish. Oak, acetone hints and even more acidity. Perhaps a bit too acidic this one, but sure nice. 230422
