Vintage 2015. Numbered half champagne bottle: 13-0516. Czerwona barwa jasna, klarowne bez osadu, ale z odrobina mglistosci, bez piany, zupelnie jak bez zadnych posuniec carskiej zbrodniczej rosji na terenach dzielnej Ukrainy. Kwasne, owocowe, gronowe, porzeczki takze sie czuje jakas kwasnosc malin. ale kwasnosc nie az taka jak w lambikach belgijskich, ale grunt ze nie jest nawet w najmniejszy sposob slodkie. doskonaly paring do serow dojrzalych.

Classy saison with wild thyme. 2015 vintage. Decent carb (more than pic). Extra notch because it says to consume it by the end of 2020. As far as I can tell, 2020 is over.

2017 version. Tap at Koht. Hazy orange with no head. Wheaty, some grapes, wood. Soapy, musty. Acetic and woody finish. Weird little one.

(Keg at Koht, 20220707) The beer poured very dark brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had berries, caramel, chocolate and sourness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. The flavours were berries, sour milk, ash, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste had fruit skins and bitterness. A brew with promising aroma and rather horrible taste. Very disappointing.

Tap at Goblet ZG. Hazy ruby body, almost no head. Yeasty, funky, cherry aroma. Cherry, soft taste, without much tartness, bit characterless and a fair bit yeasty. Meh, seems a bit stale, but can be drunk. Though this price is... a no for this.
