Description
White Stork is one of the first commercial breweries based in Bulgaria and is a gipsy brewery (a.k.a. Ghost/Pirate/Nomad/Contract Brewery what ever you say). So we don’t own our brewing equipment and we don't care. This enables us to make the best quality and variety of beers possible at the best selected breweries and be able to reinvent ourself & our beers continually. We believe in the alchemy of craft beer, so be ready to be surprised!

Bottle thanks to LKS. It pours hazy yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is earthy, sweet, sweaty, grainy, bready, floury bread and candied fruits. The taste is dry, bitter, sweet, juicy, floury white bread, light spice, grass and light spice with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit soapy, but OK.

Bottle shared in London - picked up in Sofia. Pours hazy gold with a small, creamy white head. Subdued aroma, dried orange peel, pale malts, pine needles. Light to medium sweet flavour with crackery pale malts, mango, tangerine peel, pine needles. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Alright finish, more tangerine, peach, pine needles. Not bad overall.

F: big, bit tan, creamy, long lasting. C: murky amber, hazy, opaque. A: tangerine, orange, mango, pineapple, bit pine, more on citrus than tropical. T: malty backbone, orange, a lot of tangerine, grapefruits, bit pineapple and passion fruits, nice long lasting bitterness on the palate, I like tangerines so not bad at all, medium to full body, medium carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from 100 Beers in Sofia, Bulgaria.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy opaque filthy brown with a small white head. Aroma is muddy, with cocoa, vanilla and a strange earthy maltiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with vanilla and cocoa upfront, sitting atop a muddy, earthy malt backbone that doesn't have any roast. Fun beer, but this isn't a great blonde stout.

Bottle at Beera, pours black with a medium tan head. Nose is nicely roasted, with medium roasted malt and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium roasted malt running through this. Dry and roasted. By the books but well done. Very good.

Bottle at Beera, pours a filthy dark orangey brown with a small off-white head and lots of yeast. Aroma is very yeasty, with earthy hops, some citrus, and caramel bready notes. Flavour is fresh and yeasty, with lots of earthy hops, some citrus and heaps of yeast. Filthy and dirty, but not too bad. Solid.
