Description
Septem Microbrewery was founded by the chemist and oenologist Sophocles Panagiotou and the economist Georgios Panagiotou and began distributing its first batch of fresh unpasteurised beer in June of 2009.

Our mission is to provide our customers with fresh, high quality products by taking advantage of the wealth of aromas and flavours in malt and hops while searching for the diverse flavours they have to offer. Our vision is to become a premier Greek microbrewery whose products will be a point of reference for a distinctive quality beer, synonymous with gastronomic pleasure.

Bottle from Rouhlas, thanks! Dark amber color, hazy. Oily hops, red fruit and citrus in the aroma. Piney. Full bodied. Thundering hopflavor. Red fruit, piney, citrus. Hops are also dominating the long finish. Good beer!

Bottle. Golden color. Soft malt and honey aroma and flavor. Biscuity, floral, slightly perfumed. Plums. Hints of heral hops. Drinkable.

Bottle. Blonde. Citrus and floral notes in the aroma. Citrus flavor with soft oily hops, pineapple and grass. Thinnish, sweetish, quite pleasant.

bottle from crete. cloudy orange, small white head. Aroma is earthy and malty and sweet. Very barley wine'ish. Not thst excessively hopped, like barley wines was back in the good old days. Flavor is malts, honey, wood, perhaps even cedar wood, perhaps booze (bourbon), a little bit of alc. bitterness bite.. a good, strong , sweet barley wine.

bottle from crete. pitch dark, small brown head. flowery almost citrussy aroma, also roasted malts, a hint of sourness in the aroma. flavor is somewhat sourish, roasted malty, very strong roasted malty, charchoal and alc bitterness bite. I think it might be slightly infected due to the faint sourness, but at 10%, the alc probably held the sourness in check. Other than the sour note, it seems to be a solid ip stout with a good hoppy balance to all the blackness.

Bottle. Dark brown color, yellow foam. Aroma: spices (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom), holiday cake and other sweets. Taste:sweet and spicy, pastries with the mentioned spices, warming, caramel, sweets, quite stereotyped Christmas Ale.

50cl bottle at Magna Grecia, Rimini, Italy. Pours hazy brown with sticky whitish foam. Aroma is malty, resinous. Body is fairly dense but most of all oily. Moderate carbonation. Taste is medium bitter. Finish is fairly bitter.

Cloudy light amber, lasting white head. Aroma has apricot, caramel, light pine. Bitter, fruity flavour. Apricot, peach, resinous bitterness. Nice.

At theBrewery Protaros. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice peasted flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
