31st March 2019, bottle while waiting for a Greek take away in a restaurant near my daughters home in Laguna Hills, California. Really pleased to pick up a Greek rate, the food was good too! White head on the golden body, clean and clear. Citrus hop notes in both the aroma and taste, a decent malty base keeps the citrus flavour in check and give a semblance of balance to the brew; nice.

330ml bottle. Pours hazy orange with a tall white head. Aroma is light sweet, citrusy hops, wheat, honey. Taste is resin, citrus, malt. Dry hoppy finish.

On tap at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam on 22nd March 2019. Brownish copper with loose, shallow off-white foam. Intense aroma of roasted malts and soft, plum fruits. A hugely complex in-mouth flavour spectrum of hazelnut, plum, Christmas pudding and Old Jamaica rum. A composite finish of roasty malts, bitterness and intense fruits. Smooth mouthfeel and a full body. Utterly exquisite.

From bottle at home. Light unclear to hazy amber color with off white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, caramel, bread, light grass and pine, light citrus. Sweet and moderate bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

33cl bottle at The Old Fishing Shack Pub, Kato Paphos. Pours slightly hazy amber with a moderate, white head. Mild hoppy and malty aroma with fruity notes, light citrus and grass. Pint from tap at BrewFellas, Nicosia. Dark, dark mahogany with a modest, beige head. Dark fruits and roasted malt in the aroma. Moderate to medium sweet with fairly low flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Feels a bit watery, and some slightly unpleasant acidity.

33cl bottle in Nicosia. Pours slightly hazy amber with a lasting, off-white head. Fruity and hoppy with citrus, tropical fruits, malt and hints of caramel and pine. Medium sweet with medium flavour intensity and ditto bitterness. Nice one.
