Bottle ordered online from Maltby & Greek. Dark gold, slightly hazy with a thin white head. Lovely little aroma, lots of white grape, biscuity malt and sweet toffee. Taste is pretty bland unfortunately: sweet and fruity with a somewhat acrid bitterness that starts out light but grows to prominence in the finish. A bit soapy on the tongue as well. Drinkable but a little disappointing.

Bottle bought online from Maltby and Greek, drunk at home. Reddish amber, clear with a small beige head. Resin, heavy malt, bubblegum and pine needles in the aroma, with a big boozy note. Glorious sweet malty taste with a bitter resinous hop mid-sip. The long finish is more bitter still with hop oils lingering in the back of the throat. Some medicinal spiciness in the aftertaste. Medium carbonation. This may be an overrate but this is my kind of beer.

Bottle bought online from Maltby and Greek, light reddish brown, clear with a medium to large tight off-white head. Malty aroma with strawberries, leaf tea, dried grass, bubblegum and a light resinous note. Sweet taste with a slightly more bitter finish. Flavourful and a touch spicy with slight hints of sugary yeast and cinnamon. Altogether a good beer.

Bottle purchased online from Maltby and Greek, London. Pours a dark gold with a slight reddish tinge. Very little head. Slightly hazy. Scrumptious aroma: peaches, white grape, gooseberry. There's also a good dollop of pine needles and resin. The taste is sweet at first with an astringent bitterness coming into play nearer to the finish. Body's not that full and carbonation is a little excessive. Having said that, it's a wonderful IPA and a fun discovery.
