500ml can from the Costco German Biergarten Collection, drank on Easter Sunday, 20th April 2025. Brown with a beige head. Not as smoky as I expected, sure it was smoky, but not as intense as I've had in Bamberg.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has grain, sweetness of honey. Taste has maltyness, light honey and grass. Medium bodied. Simple.

500ml can (as Hallerndorfer Weizen @5.5% ABV) from the Costco German Biergarten Collection. Drank in California on 18th April 2025, poured into an old Licher Weizen glass at my daughters. Hazed golden body, snow white crown. Wheat, banana and cloves, all the usual aromas in fact, taste also on the traditional side with the same flavours the nose suggests.

500ml can from the Costco German Biergarten Collection. Drank on 5th April 2025 in California at my daughters. Lovely bright amber body, off white crown on top. Malty lead in both the aroma and taste, nice balance with a slight hop bitter underbelly. Some caramel sweetness giving way to a mild bitter finish.

500ml can from the Costco German Biergarten Collection. Clean and bright golden body, soft white crown on top, drank on 5th April 2025 in California, at my daughters. Light malty, semi sweet front to this one, not the body depth I associate with German Festbier's but I did enjoy this.

Bottle at home. Clear golden color, bubbly white head. Aroma is a bit meh, I am reminded of apple juice. Flavor is malts, sweetish, a bit odd. Thin texture, a bit bubbly carbonation. Meh.

Pours a clear dark bronze color with a giant beige head and great retention. Great lacing too. Aroma of smoked sausages. The taste follows the nose: Smoked sausage / meat stick flavor mixed with sweet caramel malt flavor. Well done. It doesn't suffer from the dry ashtray notes of many rauchbiers. Very smooth and clean. A nice surprise. Medium body. Very low carbonation. Not bitter. Good beer.
