Draft @ Moeder Lambic, Fontainas. I believe a more subtle version of their experimenteel which I prefered a lot more over this one. Still good.

Very good, dense & fine yellowish head, quite stable over hazy golden beer, with a fine green sheen. Lots of small UFO’s after the first pour. Milky, diary nose, greenmalt, milkripe grain. Quite bitter, bitter hops, but not crude. Flavours of fresh hops, EU hops, but in the UK Bitter style. Some ureum, hopoils; faint malty sweetness in the very finish. Bit tart from the oils, dry, with long-lasting bitterness. Light to medium bodied, slick, very refreshing. Ah, another good one from B.V., like it, but... I have no qualms about brewers openly advertising to prefer EU hops for their hoppy beers, rather than US ones. But I’d liked it a lot better, if they had come forward on the label with WHICH hops they worked specifically.
