Bottled. This beer has a magnificent blond, treble colour and a white head. It smells like wheat and malt. It has no special flavour, ceratinly not disgusting. It is rather bitter-sweet. Long (bit salty) aftertaste. An enjoyable beer.

Bottled. Pale golden, very lively, rich head. Herbal aroma. Sweet, fruity and estery. Light bodied with short but rounded mouthfeel. I don't get any of the mustard.

Bottled. Very dark brown. Aroma of bitter herbs and tobacco. Rather dry and roasty with a herbal flavour reminiscent of Jägermeister. Medium bodied with some caramel flavour and a clean finish with some bitterness.

Sampled draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm.
Dark brown. Sweet and sugary. SOme very light roastiness and fruitiness. Clean mouthfeel. Dominated by sugar, sugar, sugar and sugar. How come I used to like this beer?
Old rating: Bottled. Very dark brown. Lightly herbal aroma. Rather dry, lightly roasty. Stylish and pleasant, a touch vinuous and rather clean. Complex, yet restrained with some salty licorice in the finish. (84/4/8/4/14)

!BEER HAS CHANGED NAME FROM 'Meilleure' TO 'Prima Melior'! Dark with cassis-red shine, clear. Thick brown head, collapsing. Perfumed nose, marshmallows, cedarwood. Also like sweet worts, green beer. Taste gives immediate cigar, tobacco. Stout-like, but very sweet. Well-bodied, but a bit empty. Very perfumey, but seemingly lacking in malt. The pasteurising, filtering? D'Oh - starting so promessing. Surprising seen the tobacco-start. And then - nothing.

Very dark colour, slightly brownish foam. The aroma is very pleasing: spicy, malty. Also quite malty and spicy flavours, alcoholic too.

The aroma is very sweet of fresh apples - but not like a beer. It is unclear, light yellow with a fine head. The flavor is fresh and pleasant. Apples dominates without being too powerful. It contains both the sweetness and the sourness from the apples. No hints of malt nor hops subtracts from the beer, and all in all it is a little thin. In my universe this is not a beer but a cider.

The aroma is very sweet and fruity with notes of alcohol. The color is amber and it is slightly hazy with a fine though fast disappearing head. The flavor starts of very soft and light, but then the flavor and alcohol hits you with notes of yeast, oranges, alcohol and more. A pretty nice beer.

Water-blond colour. It seemed to me as someone has dropped his cigarette's ashes inmy pint (maybe it was so ...). Sweet aroma. Sweet flavour, and as the name predicts: honey-flavour. Litlle bitter too, especially in the end.
