Description
In 2012, The Harbour Brewing Co. was just a fledgling idea: to brew proper beer reflecting the land (and shores) from where it came. Taking the best raw ingredients - awesome hops, Cornish spring water tapped straight from the source - and bringing them to life through dedication to technique. The concept evolved by the ocean - hence, 'Harbour' - but the beer came into being on the farm. There is joy in returning to the roots of the ingredients. And the heritage of the space, of the land, of the ocean, remain our inspiration.
Everything clicks; the farm is Harbour's home.

Cask day 2014.
Incredibly sour aroma, dank, sour fruit, especially cherry, with some distinct malt vinegar notes also. Body is a little watery, carb is soft. Finish is a little overly sour, with some subtle lactic notes, and strong sour cherries. Interesting.

27/3/2021. Bottle shared at the lockdown virtual beer share. Cheers Grumbo. Aroma of pine, tropical fruit and pineapple boiled sweets. Pineapple and stone fruits on the taste. Got better as time went on. Very good indeed.

330ml can 1 week past BBE. Hazy yellow/light gold, moderate consistent white head, good lacing. Aroma pale malts, grains, flora, very clean. Taste is pale malts, quite light with a modest citrus, grass and light fruit hop, moderate bitterness but has a peppery note. Light to moderate body, slightly smooth, light carbonation and has a refreshing quality. Good.

330ml can, just as 'Harbour Pilsner'. Clear gold, small white head. Aroma of clean pilsner malts, sugar, citrus. Taste is sweet barley malts, with a nice smooth body and some lemon citrus. Almost a creaminess to it. Crisp moderate bitter finish, zingy carbonation. Good solid pilsner.
