33cl bottle pours a lightly hazy yellow with a nice cap of white head. Wonderful, approachable nose. Straw, dried herbs, flowers, potpourri, simple grist. Flavor is lovely. Crazy how much they can pack in under 3%. Everything is clear: crackery grist, honey too. The yeast character is very prevalent: dough, earthy. The hops are noble, Continental, leafy, green. Finishes tight, medium bodied, dry, a little peppery.

Very nicely done. Sharp and butter hay, some bark. Golden pour with great fluffy head. Complex body. Bitter end. Very nice saison. Tap at Sovereign.

Musty, yeasty, lemon, biscuit malt, and grass aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large off-white head. Lightly sweet lemon, yeast, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter musty, dry grass flavor. Good body. A pleasure to drink.

Bottle @Buskers in Rome. Blonde cloudy with a white foam. Nose: floral, Yasmine, citrus. Mouth is thin, grainy and rather grassy bitter. Easy to drink and quite silky.
