Cafe Rene Haugesund. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast , berries, pine, grapefruit, cellar notes. Bitter finish.

Clear pale blond to light yellow beer, creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, a bit sweet, yeasty touch, some ripe banana. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty malty start, bitter, soapy, a bit grassy, nice! Aftertaste: refreshing, dry, a little soapy, not bad!

Pâle présentant un léger voile, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur un nez fin, grains et centré sur les céréales avec des senteurs de grains en phase ébulition/concassés voire une pointe de drêche. Houblonné modéré apportant une fine amertume.
Palais reste sur un approche dans le style - c'est 'raw', le but étant une bière très terroir suivant une méthode utilisée en Scandinavie, cela laisse un peu penser au sahti dans l'idée. Sur la bse, cela reste dans un style français mais plus rustique. Rondeur de bouche, houblonné noble apportant un léger caractère fleuri et etrrexu qui rehausse le fini centré sur les grains.

Probably the best less-than-three-percent beer I've had. So much flavor, great nose. Seems slightly hoppier than I remember the Jester King original being. I'm also slightly more impressed with it. I need more of these...

Drukket på Bergstua. Gyldenbrun. Uklar. Middels høyt kritthvitt kremaktig skum. Daler sakte & etterlater spotlacing. Krydderaroma. Smaken kokte grønnsaker. Syrlig, lett tørr bitter avslutning.

Blonde réalisée en collaboration entre Thiriez et le Mouss Touch. Robe blonde dorée, nez malté doux, bouche fraîche pas trop sucrée, pointe d'agrumes, bière de soif sympa.

On tap at Kerelshof Cassel. Hazy golden brown colour lasting white head. Aroma of biere de garde and pepper. I mean it's got some pepper. it's funny. it's light pepper but persistent. a mix of white and black pepper. flavoursome yet with a hint if pepper heat sur le finish. I liked it. bit of sweetness. odd but better for being on tap
