Bottle picked up from Drankgigant.nl, Webshop, Vlissingen, Netherlands and consumed at home Sunday 10th May 2026 after another day working on the garden. Pours mid gold a little hazy, white head. Taste is mostly citrus but there's a little bit of cereal, nice bite, lemon coming through. Understandably it's a bit thin but it doesn't really slip up because of that, in fact it's quite decent. Score:6.9

Bottle from Good Spirits Glasgow. It pours slightly hazy golden - orange with a lasting fluffy white head. The aroma soft, mellow sweetness, freshly baked bread, biscuit, toasty grains, grain husks, some warming spice, clove, ginger, touch of honeysuckle melon and green banana. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, some minerality, toasty grains, bread, biscuit, cracker, cereal, spice, grassy, floral vibes, muted booze in the backdrop and bitter citrus peel with a drying, toasty spice finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Decent, but not as refined as the standard saison Dupont.

Dorée, col épais tenace blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur une belle base belgé - malté finement biscuité, ester délicats bananes, coing, pointe épicée, céréales, parfume avec ce côté céréales corn flakes.
Palais sur une belle base belge, touche esters rappelant la banane, ponctué par un léger houblonné noble - un peu effet 'bready', mielleux presque honeydew melon rappelle presque un effet gruit herbacé qui reste en find e bouche. Pointe épicée avec une finalité de grains/malts.

25cl bottle from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow. It pours hazy bright golden - yellow with a decent white cap. The aroma is toasty grains, cereal, warming spice, ginger beer, baked goods, nougat, tangy lemony citrus and melon. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, some firm grassy bitterness, leafy, fragrant, herbal, spicy, floral, straw, soda water with lemon and a touch of estery fruits. Finish is lingering bitterness and dryness. Maybe a touch too light for my liking. Not bad for what it is.

opalescent dark golden colour, huge, dense ecru head; aroma of honeycomb toffee-linden honey, some citrusy, fruity (apple peel-like), Belgian yeasty and earthy notes; hoppy taste with similar notes to the aroma; good one!

Can picked up from Good Spirits Co, Glasgow. It pours hazy pale orange with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is quite spicy upfront, biscuit, barnyard funk, granny smith apple, gooseberry, white currant, lemon rind, dusty basement, hay and baked goods. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, minerality, some bitterness, musty, dry wood, earthy, peppery spice, nip of booze, barnyard funk, metallic twang, gooseberry, pear skin and leather with a drying, spicy finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Interesting and quaffable.

On tap at Delirium Taphouse, Brussels, Belgium. A murky dark golden/orange/yellow coloured pour with a huge white head on top. Crisp, yeasty, fruity, rye, citrus, earthy, spice. A really decent drop, a quality saison.
