Tap at BXL festival. Dark brown with small dark beige head. Lots of roast, toffee, weird sweet sugary chocolate toffees, light spicy, a bit of alcohol, dark cocoa notes, woody. Over medium sweet, medium bitter and light tart. Over medium bodied.

Bottle. Color: Black, light brown head. Aroma: Roasted, hints of chocolate. Taste: Moderate sweet, roasted, notes of dark chocolate, smooth coffee and mocha. Boozy hints. Very smooth, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Medium body. I don't recognize the rice or the Sake yeast by itself, but they will undoubtedly contribute to the very nice, smooth taste of this beer.

Bouteille 33cl de Malt Attacks & from Tderoeck. BB 08/2020.

hazy brown colour, moderate sized, dense beige-ish head; aroma of dried cherry, dark chocolate, raisins, prune or rather plum jam (or bread with plum jam), some figs, yeasty-glutamate-like notes and some toffee; taste has the same notes with some alcoholic aftertaste; really enjoyable beer; definitely underrated

330 ml. bottle shared by two. Small gusher. Dark red brown, disappearing tanned head. Sour acidic fermenting fruits, bit spoiled, messy carbonation slightly off with pleasant vinegar, acidic oak, wine vinegar, quite sour but not pure vinegar, cranberry jam acidic, messy carbonation. Bit off but overall pleasant basic sour.
