Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

F**king, Hotel, f**king overcrowded village and a f**king can. Half the can in the luggage. But the beer was still delicious: roasted malts, liquorice, burnt caramel. Looks still picturesque. Thx for the can, BeerViking.

# 3005; 6/2022. Malty, yeasty, herbal, gooseberry aroma. Hazy gold body; white head. Yeasty, spicy, fruity, clovy, citrus. Very good saison. 0,44 l, can, beer bar, Lincoln (Lincolnshire, England).

440ml can as part of a delivery from Hops & Dots and drunk at home. Golden brown and clear with an off-white head. Sweet sugary aroma with notes of pancake syrup and light Robusta coffee. Tastes is as sweet as the nose with light stone fruit bitterness closer to the finish. Thick body, medium carbonation. Not to everybody's taste I'm sure, and I'm not always crazy about white stout myself, but this was just what I was in the mood for tonight.

A little cloudy dark brown beer, small aery beige head, unstable, dissipates quickly. Aroma: weird, sourish, very roasted, smoky. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour, acidic, unpleasant, a bit soapy, soft roast, very sourish. Aftertaste: more acidic, roasted, dry, weird.

Clear pale beige to amber orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: vanilla, sweet impression, a bit dusty, wood touch, more vanilla, spicy, peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, lactose, vanilla, a bit metallic, coffee notes, caramel, sugary, vanilla. Aftertaste: a little bitter, caramel malts, coffee, mocha, vanilla, a bit sweet, a little metallic.

Cuivre, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme donne de suite ces effluves de pastry avec une douceur latente complété par ce côté un peu confiture de pomme en rétro-nasal voire de barrique de vin.
Palais garde une petite influence du booze, léger en barrique, apple jam, fruité, pas mal de grains concassés, malts, effet white stout couplé à ce côté pastry le tout en barrique - ça part un peu dans tous les sens.

Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet malté, caramel, grillé, finement chocolaté et grillé et de suite des notes plus aigres qui accompagnent un bouquet fruité baies sauvages noires.
Palais est finement sour avec un caractère malté qui donne une note de caramel et grillé sour, effervescence est faible, fruits noirs rappelant les mûres, pointe de café et encore du grillé en retrait, le tout passe presque pour une vieille brune et un côté stouterik voire Rullquin.

440ml can delivered from Hops & Dots and drunk at home. Very, very dark brown - bordering on black - with a rocky tan head. Big scent of pine in the aroma with grass, chocolate malt. Sweet taste with a light sourness quite soon in. More hoppy piney notes in the finish with bitter chocolate in the aftertaste. Thick body, light to medium carbonation. Very well-made BIPA.

440ml can purchased as part of a delivery from Hops and Dots and drunk at home. Very dark brown, almost black, opaque with a huge tan head. Wonderful pine aroma, some sweet black liquorice and grassy notes. Taste is mostly sweet throughout but never gets sickly. There's a little more Gritty hop bitterness in the finish. Weird Beard make some excellent BIPAs and this is no exception. A top beer.

Bottle, backlog April 2014. Clear golden body under a medium sized off-white head. Fresh aroma with light pale malt and lots of citric fruit. Taste is light, pale malt, lots of citric fruit and moderate bitterness. Medium body and a bit short in aftertaste. Quite straight forward easy drinkable.
