Description
As of August 15, 2022 under new management! Temporarily brewed in Bury, Manchester.
Weird Beard Brew Co. consists of a small team of people, wildly passionate about beer.
We make what we love and we love what we make, brewing all types of beers from hoppy session IPAs to bold imperial stouts and we're partial to experimenting within and around styles. We won't hold back! Because we can brew what we want, when we want, we make sure that we're putting out beers we are proud of.

Hazy gold beer with a little white head. Palate is light and crisp. Very light malt base. Fruity orange and marmalade and a whisper of lemon. Light dry floralness. Subtle grapey tropical fruits. Finishes smooth. When it comes to adding spice to beers I am all for a light touch but I could not taste any star anise.

Pigs Ear. Sold to me as a Double Black IPA. Opaque dark brown - black beer. Small bubbly tan head. Smooth dark malt and a little dark chocolate. Light tangy dark fruit underneath. Hops are spicy and piney and also carrying a little citrus. Finishes smooth with more hop spice that carries on well in to the aftertaste. Very nicely done (alleged) blend.
