Keg at BrewDog Shep’s B. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The nose is smooth, pine, spice, caramel, peach, apricot and orange. The taste is crisp bitterness, orange, peach, apricot, mango, straw, grass and spice with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty tasty and very drinkable.

Bottle at home in London from Sourced Market. Aroma is earthy pine hops with woody roast. Clear black caramel red colour with a persistyent loose light tan head. Flavour is nutty malt, wih some chocolate. Hops are pine and earthy lemon and coconut. Man i freaking love sorachi ace. The earthyness of the sorachi ace plays really well with the smooth roast malts. Palate is medium full, somewhat chewy and medium carbonation which lifts things nicely. Lingering biterness and roast. Very balanced and drinkable. Really Very good.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö
Cloudy amber color with compact head. Aroma of fudge, hence a bit buttery and suspicious. Good body structure; it had a good and rare real fudge flavor without the feared diacetyl, caramel, some nice sharp spicy yeast, very light aniseed, and fairly strong bitterness; warming alcohol feeling too.
Good.

Draught at Söder om Småland, Malmö; 8.5% and "batch 2" on the keg, according to the bartender
Cloudy amber color with compact head. Strong aroma of fruity and resiny hops, deep persistent and clean. Good body with smooth mouthfeel; strong caramel flavor, quite strong hop resins, moderate hop fruits (bitter oranges, cedar and more), and light Parmigiano Reggiano touch, umami. It has just the correct sweetness level, not too much, and pretty strong bitterness.
I like my hoppy beers when they deliver fruity freshness; this is not one of those, but it’s solid and clean enough to be enjoyed.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and shared with Kermis on the NS HiSpeed tasting to Antwerp. Poured a hazy medium amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is big grassy nettle hop and sweet fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a lovely smooth spicy hop, very slightly metallic, rich fruit palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation and a short hoppy menthol bitter finish. Despite the ABV, there was no alcohol burn. A super fresh, smooth and well balanced beer. It’s up above Pliny for me.
