La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è percettibile. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di malto, miele, pane, cereali, segale, liquirizia e frutta secca.

Can at the MATOKA Georgian Restaurant in Prague, after a bloody great tasting. Dark brown-black body, off-white head. Dusty, caramelly aroma. Sourish rye-driven caramelly taste. Well, pretty much what it promises to be, sweet, dark industrial kvass.
