Das finde ich mal interessant. Nach dem weißen Kwass kommt das schwarze. Auch dieses ist optisch einwandfrei. Geschmacklich erinnert es sehr an ein Malzbier, das man mit klassischen Kwass verschnitten hat. Es hat einen schönen, vollen Körper mit ordentlichen malzigen und Karamellaromen. Dazu ein sehr leichter Porter-Geschmack. Nicht schlecht

500ml can. Pours pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is white bread, pale malt, yeast. Taste is light sour followed by light sweet, white bread, yeast.

500ml can. My first “beer” on Ukrainian soil since 2013. Hurrah! From the can. Malt, raisins, rye bread, nicely balanced sweet and sour. Overall a very nice kvass.

Dark brown almost black, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet wort, raisins. Taste is the same, sweet, sticky syrup. Some roasted flavour Nice.

1.5 PET Bottle at home, light pale golden colour, small head. Aroma is wheat, lemonade. Taste is the same, sweet, slight tart, is a bit like a light wheat beer thats sweetend. ok

Giant PET bottle from the Russian supermarket across from my AirBnB in Bratislava. Cloudy yellow color, big fluffy white head with good retention. Lemon aroma and rising bread dough. Taste is like unfermented wort, just not quite as sweet, raw bread dough. No rye spice that I like in the more classic kvass. Certainly easy drinking, and interesting enough to try once.

1 litre PET bottle. Pours clear brown with a small beige head that disappears in a couple of seconds. Aroma is caramel and bread. Taste is medium sweet, hint of dried fruit.
