Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, hop oil, wood. Medium body, average carb, the merest hint of bitterness on the finish. A superb juicy banger of a NEIPA

Can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, light creamy sweetness. Smooth pine into a modest floral bitterness. Trace of fresh orange into mellow orange peel. Smooth dry and mildly spicy bitter finish. Decent but never really takes off.

Can from Alesbymail. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and rather hoppy - grapefruit and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. Oily. 070218

330ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 17. Many thanks to Mike. Pours a misty blonde, small white head. Aroma has some floral, spicey hints. Taste is crisp, perfumey with some pleasant, light citric fruit, soft Belgian yeast. Yeah it's a decent full-flavoured saison.
