Description
We are a 8bbl microbrewery based just outside of Perranporth on the North Cornwall coast. We concentrate on creating small batches of the beers we want to drink using the best ingredients around. We use the best British floor malted barley and our favorite hops from around the world along with Cornish water and our little yeasty helpers to brew tasty beers. We do everything by hand from mashing in to bottling, this means we are able to brew what we want when we want from Imperial I.P.A. to Saisons, it also means we can serve the beers in the most appropriate ways, be that cask, keg or bottles. All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized we don't spend time adding flavor to our beers just to filter it out.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Would've went well with the song Nervous Breakdown by the band Black Flag. Misty gold, moderate white head. Fruity nuances on the nose, taste is crisp, balanced, not overly boosty but has a nice chewy resinous side. Decent.

Keg @ Tap & Can. Pours misty golden yellow, small white foam atop. Vibrant juicy exotics on the nose. Taste presents a lusciously sweet fruity character with plenty of ripened exotics and stonefruit. Good balance of flavours, gentle bitterness, lingering sweetness. Very good, best I've had from Black Flag.

Tap at five and dime. Cloudy golden, golden cream. Tart milk and hay nose. Medium light, mellow milkshake chewiness, peach and hay, light chalk and clay, salt. Peach Melba served on hay. A bit too full-bodied and milkshaky to be a Gose or Lichtenhainer.

1st Feb 2019. 7th International Pre-Brugge Beer Swap in De Bierboom. Large sample from a can. Cloudy yellow with no head. Intense citrus aromas and tastes; pithy and full on fruitiness. More like an alcoholic fruit smoothie than a beer.
