Description
We are a 8bbl microbrewery based just outside of Perranporth on the North Cornwall coast. We concentrate on creating small batches of the beers we want to drink using the best ingredients around. We use the best British floor malted barley and our favorite hops from around the world along with Cornish water and our little yeasty helpers to brew tasty beers. We do everything by hand from mashing in to bottling, this means we are able to brew what we want when we want from Imperial I.P.A. to Saisons, it also means we can serve the beers in the most appropriate ways, be that cask, keg or bottles. All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized we don't spend time adding flavor to our beers just to filter it out.

Keg at a very busy Eebria Tap, Saturday 8th April 2017 in the company of Bruno, Yogi, Lynn, Barry and Alec A beautiful glowing yolky golden colour with a slim white head ’filmy’. Wow this is a big hoppy beast of a beer. It’s juicy, fruity and finishes dry. Tropical indeed, it’s a nice beer on a fabulous sunny spring day. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

Can from John’s Off Licence in St Ives. This was not a "classic" black IPA. There was a nice texture of malt, but quite a sharp and bitter flavour of hops underlying the beer. Dare I say that it was a bit watery? It was ok, but not my most favourite thing.

Can shared in London / picked up at Eebria. Pours clear reddish-brown with a creamy tan head. The nose has some pleasant brown bread, mild toasted pine, a little earth. Light sweet flavour with a little pithy citrus, burnt toast, light ash, orange peel, a little dry cocoa, minerals. Light-medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with toasted brown bread, cocoa, burnt earth. Basic but not bad.

Can from Warwick Real Ale Shop, Warwick, consumed in a field at Fairports Annual Reunion Festival, Cropredy Friday 12th August 2016 Hazy hazy gold colour with a large bubbly white head, a good steady bitterness, it’s quite dry. Not quite the hop monster that others have been today. Pleasant. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
