Description
We are a 8bbl microbrewery based just outside of Perranporth on the North Cornwall coast. We concentrate on creating small batches of the beers we want to drink using the best ingredients around. We use the best British floor malted barley and our favorite hops from around the world along with Cornish water and our little yeasty helpers to brew tasty beers. We do everything by hand from mashing in to bottling, this means we are able to brew what we want when we want from Imperial I.P.A. to Saisons, it also means we can serve the beers in the most appropriate ways, be that cask, keg or bottles. All our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized we don't spend time adding flavor to our beers just to filter it out.

Bottle from the Bottle Bank. Appearance - cloudy golden amber with a decent head. Nose - oranges, maybe mangoes, a yeast note too. Taste - more tangy oranges - marmalade, in fact. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a fairly good finish, perhaps a little sweet. Overall - similar to Williams Double Joker but not quite as fresh.

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2014. Amber lasting white head. Big grapefruit hop aroma. Big grapefruit hoppy ipa. It’s ok. After the initial hit it settles down into a pink grapefruit clean hoppy beer with some dryness on the finish.

Hazy gold beer with a little white head. Palate is smooth with mild fine carbonation. Mild minerals. Very thin malt. Tangy orange but somewhat wishy washy. Light yeast. Mild finish. Not terrible but it was a little too much effort to drink.
