On tap at Popeye, pours a cloudy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out pungent rhubarb upfront, with light saline and some wheaty notes. Flavour is bright and earthy, with lots of earthy rhubarb, juicy citrus, light salt, and a touch of lacto. Bright, rhubarby and earthy. Very nicely done.

The nose shows intense notes of mango and guava with light apricot.

The palate is well carbonated and full bodied. Carbonation is balanced. Moderately guava forward with a balanced adzuki malt backbone and a balanced bitterness with some light guava and astringency on the finish.

The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Moderately intense notes of pineapple and light guava with a balanced adzuki malt backbone followed by a moderately intense but balanced sharp pine bitterness on the finish.

Tap at Komachi. Hazy brilliant pastel yellow. Big hop nose of papaya, grapefruit, mango. Fruity and bright flavor, not too malty or sweet, finishes dry and crisp. Good one.

Tap at Komachi. almost clear, more amber brown than red. Citrus hop nose, light caramel, toast. A big of sweet caramel in the flavor, some resin, citrus. A slightly strong amber ale. Not bad but not really exciting.
