Sampled from an 11.2 oz brown bottle this beer poured a cloudy amber color with a medium sized white head that left decent lacing. . The aroma was sweet with bread, golden fruit, a bit of bubblegum and perfume. The flavor was sweet and yeasty with bread crust, a bit of booziness, perfume and golden fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.

A major disappointment, and the worst Trappist beer I have tasted. Very light fruit and malt aroma. Yellow, with a very large white head. Lacking in flavor, especially compared to Karmeliet. This is like a plain Belgian ale; reminds me of the unimpressive Unibroue ’04 with a simple malt and alcohol flavor combination. At least the price was marked ridiculously low by mistake, but I won’t look for this again. 750 bottle.

11 oz bottle. big white foamy head. Color is a cloudy straw when bottom ½ of bottle is swirled & poured to blend the yeast back in. Aroma-light, grainy&apple. Taste at 1st is dry, alcohol then the hops comes thru. Good beer, just not my taste.

Bottle. A caramel chocolate aroma. Dark, opaque brown color with ample but quickly collapsing head. Light sweet prune flavor with a slight bitter finish. Pretty weak and watery especially for the style.

Bottle: Straw coloured with a big fluffy long-lasting head; impressive fruity nose (banana); even thogh not low carbonated, very smooth in the mouth; thie initial orangey fruitiness, accompanied by hints of candy, switches over to soft but clear hoppiness. Very "warm" and complex brew.
