Pours copper orange with a foamy head. Aroma of herbal hops, stingy notes, crisp malts and resinous notes. Taste is sweetish, herbal hoppy and crisp malty with some grassy and resinous notes. Finish is dry, bitter and herbal with some crisp maltiness. Okay, but I’m not the biggest fan of this kind of herbal hop profile.

Bottle shared at the DSH tasting thanks to Deanso. Pours dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma of massive vanilla, slightly artificial and mostly overpowering, with milk chocolate, lactose and sweet malt. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can. Clear amber with small white head. Sweet malts, some nuts and dried fruits, caramel, raisins. Good kick of apricots with a hint of pine. Light sweetness that quickly morphed into a dry bitterness that lasts into the finish. Medium bodied with slightly low carbonation. Decent stuff.

35.5 cl can (5.5%) @ Beer Temple. Canned 22.04.2014. Aroma has fruity hops, some caramel and hints of biscuits. Flavour has hops, grapefruit, some caramel and biscuits. Also hints of gooseberry bush. Leathery palate. An APA on the sweet side, sweetness is not disturbing here though.

Clear amber colour. Quite a malty aroma with some caramel. Not particularly strong in flavour but the balance is good. Makes for a good session beer.

Bottle from Whole Foods Westlake, Seattle
Hazy brown color. Nice smoke aroma and flavor, deep; mellow brew, woody, with more campfire in the end. Very nice, it does a good job.
