pours a thick black, settles with no head, black.
solid brown cakes, dark chocolate cake aroma. chewwy aroma, coconut. borubon. Flavor is super smooth, quite pastry but the bourbon is carried really well, and the beer does not come off as boozy, rather very smooth. oily thick mouthfeel, i think the added vanilla, and hazelnut stands out a bit too much, it's like these two are not super well integrated with the other flavors. the add character of course, especially the hazelnut. the coconut add a toasted coconut flavor to the already coconut like note you often get from bourbon BA stouts. This is a very good ba bourbon stout and a very very good pastry stout.

330ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Pours a stable fawn-coloured head over near-black body, solid lacing. Inviting aromas of coffee-chocolate, smoothly roasted. Mid-sweet, dark malt-driven taste with coffee, oats. and chocolate - maple syrup beneath, not overdone. Smoothly roasted ending, mid-sweet. Likeable sipper on a Saturday eve. (Tromsø, 21.02.2026).

Black pour and a small brown head. Aroma is under sweet milk chocolate, brownies, pecan, booze. Initial taste is far less sweet with cocoa nibs, dark chocolate, pecans, booze. Fades to coffee, pecans, roast. Thick, oily body and low carbonation. Very enjoyable!

Pale gold with a haze and a frothy, white head. Spruce aroma, dankness, oranges and orange bonbon. Taste is bitter with herbal undertones. Finishes the same, quite dry, with lingering spruce. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, good chewiness. Pleasant.
