Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours lightly hazy reddish - brown with a small.off - white head. The aroma is earthy, woody, nutty, brown bread, ryvita, touch of coffee and cacao nibs. The taste is drying, toothy, chewy, bitter - sweet, drying, slightly tannic, leathery, woody, toasty grains, malt loaf, fruit cake and a touch of leather with a drying finish. Average body and lower than average carbonation. Decent alt.

Dorada ligeramente pajiza de muy bonita y abundante espuma cremosa. Aroma a grano, ligeras notas de vainilla y cítricas. Cuerpo moderado en boca, amargor contenido pero creciente, y algo punzante de gas. Rico sabor, muy agradable, delicadas maltas y contrapunto seco, algo cítrico, y con un postgusto ligeramente dulce, donde aparece la vainilla que anunciaba en el aroma.

Heller, herb-getreidiger Antrunk. Mild bitter bei leichter Süße, trocken, süffig. Helles Malz, kernig, getreidig, erhöhte Karbonisierung. Nett. 8/9/10/9/9/9

Flaska från Weiherer. Disig bärnstensfärgad vätska med högt stabilt kladdigt skum. En västkust-IPA som känns torrare och mer utjäst och kanske blir kroppen lite lidande av det. Humlen är inte heller jättepigg men trots det snygg med en besk smakbild utan att vara särskilt besk konstigt nog men kanske är det en effekt av den låga sötman.Resin, grapeskal och kåda. Trevlig

Drunk in a desperate situation when usually I wouldn't be going for a half liter Bock on a Wednesday but now it's saving my mind since I need something stronger than Helles. Clear dark amber, moderate head, dry lightly smoky nose. Flavor is very clearly smoke based, but not as biting as the well known dark Bamberger Märzen. Slightly malty overtones with an earthy bitterness that melds with the smoke very well. Nice Rauchbier!

Bottle shared with a lovely rabbit. Amber golden, slightly hazy. Ash, melanoidin, malt, sweetness. Full, surprisingly fluffy and light, followed by smoked, ashy, roasted. Creamy. Like.

From Heintich 3000, february 2023. Best before 04/24. Tasting this bottle, on sunday night, after an afternoon at Vennes and Ouchy. Classical smoked beer, brewed on the Bavarian way, smocked malt, bacon. For me, it was not too smocked, bitter.

Dorada ligeramente anaranjada de gran espuma de buena retención. Aroma de notas florales y ligeramente especiados. En boca es seca, de amargor moderado, agradable al paladar y sabor equilibrado de base malteada y miel. Agradable.
