Salopian Brewery
Microbrewery
in Hadnall,
Shropshire,
England 🏴
Associated Venue: Salopian Brewery
Established in 1995
Slowly, as cash flow permitted, we upgraded our brewing kit and replaced rusty dented vans with slightly less rusty dented vans. It was the onset of brewing a more eclectic range of cask ale, whilst embracing both traditional styles and those of our locality. 2014 saw the brewery make its final move – we hope! – to the village of Hadnall on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.

Wetherspoon 2025 Autumn Beer Festival. Ale#4 of 26 untried possibilities at the fest. Clear deeper golden with a head and a deeper hoppiness too, with undercurrents of fruit. Some bitterness available.

For them a relatively average pale ale - clear pale gold with a bubbly white head and a fruity aroma. Light bodied with fresh fruity notes, some citrus bitterness and a dry bittersweet finish.

Third of a pint at the Shrewsbury CAMRA Beer Festival on 25th September 2025. Clean and clear light golden body, white head. It came across as Lemon Dream with Ginger added, not as simple as that I suppose.
