Description
BlackJack Brewery was founded in 2012 by Rob Hamilton, who learnt how to brew by working at the Marble Brewery. BlackJack brews mostly cask and keg beers. The brewery is based in Manchesters Green Quarter tucked under a railway arch, boasting events and tastings in the beer garden.

Taste comprises straw, hedgerow, herb, faint lemon, pale malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Passable pils ... lacks refreshment.

Taste comprises tangerine, grass, light breads, straw.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with mellow hop bitterness.
Decent enough AF offering.

Taste comprises pale and bready malts, grass, melon, dank spike.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close laced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy IPL.

Clear golden topped with a lasting white cap ... lacing ensues ... a good looking beer.
Nose is light breads, straw, melon, pale malts.
Taste comprises mellow citric zest, grass, soft malts, straw.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close.
Looks and feels great but a little simplistic at the business end.
