Keg at Brewdog Shoreditch during the Collabfeat 2015. Mahogany brown coloured pour with a halo of light tan head. Aroma is earthy roast, damp grains, lactose sugars, milk choc. Flavour is composed of dru and powdery roast malts, berry, tangy berry, hint of smoke and coconut. Palate is frothy. Powdery. Dry finish. OK.

Keg @ Brewdog, Leeds. Dark brown with a small head. Has some lightly sweetened but tasty enough dark malts with a crisp, easy-drinking character.

Brewdog Shepherds Bush. Keg. Opaque black - brown beer, short pale tan head. Palate is light, fairly dry and finely crisp. Light lacto malts, mild tang . Traces of roast and smoke. Minerally crisp finish. One dimensional.

Keg at BD CJ. It pours near black with minimal head. The nose is earthy, toasty, wine gums, subdued fruits, salted liquorice and umami. The taste is bitter, earthy roast, umami, spice, seaweed, liquorice, dark fruits and coffee grounds with a short, toasty finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Fairly tame. OK.

Keg @ Victorian Craft Beer Cafe, Halifax. Paler hazy yellow-blonde with a thick frothy head. Has a citrus lemon influence in both its aroma and taste, not at all sour. Easy-sipping.
