Description

Bottle shared at the Great Job America tasting. Cloudy dull golden with a big thick white head, not unlike that of Trump. Aroma of yeast, herbs, coriander and light citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter with a little citrus acidity. Light medium bodied with light moderate carbonation.

Bottle at home. Very light pale straw, looks more like a light cloudy white wine than beer. Light lemon, light grainy notes, peach, dough, light grass. Quite fruity with what I guess is the buckwheat. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with doughy feel and fizzy carbonation.

Pours clear blonde, ok white head. Smell is malty, rather sweet. intense for a lager. Taste is less intense, mild bitterness, bit malty touch. not bad, but certainly not great, and I don’t see why strubbe thinks they have to make this many different lagers, without any of them being unique towards one another.
