Bottle from Dranken Vandewoude and drunk on a campsite with Nelson. Hazy orange gold colour lasting white head. Peach and apricot good deep flavours. with a decent bitterness on the finish. works well .fruit up front and bitterness on the finish. yes a decent Belgian eatery pale ale. good.

Black with thin head. Aroma and flavour have dark chocolate and bitter roasted malts. Earthy coffee and fresh tobacco too.

Thuis uit een flesje. Aroma inderdaad kruidig, fenegriek, apart. Troebel geelgoud, goed wit schuim. Smaak wat romig, licht bitter, heel licht zoet. Matige tripel.

In de tuin uit een flesje. Licht troebel, geel, wit schuim. Niet heel bijzonder, maar ook niet slecht. Een redelijk witbier.

2 February 2020. At Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Cloudy black, lasting, small, foamy, beige head. Aroma of toast, tobacco, fondant, coffee powder, walnut, fig. Taste has sweetish fig, prune & chocolate in a nutty-toasty body, then earthy & raw coffee-like. Dry, earthy hoppy finish, lingering coffee & tobacco & softly sweet nutty maltiness. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Belgian Stout-ish, I guess? Good.
