33 cl bottle i kept in the fridge several months. Pours golden with lots of particles in suspension and an expanding white head. Flavor is complex, burning with spices and liquor at first, then intense spice notes cames up, mostly almonds and dried fruits, candy sugar, orange peel, coriander, pepper, juniper, geranium, fruity tones and solid malts. Fresh herbal hops and belgian yeast. Taste sugary but fairly balanced. Body is relatively thick, taste is spicy, finish is intense, long, spiced and floral. Fantastic tripel, very surprised by this.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, clear deepish gold color, aroma is a melange of citrus and some herbs, flavor is a melange of ripe citrus with a noticable light malty presence, a touch heavy herbal bitterness. Nice.

Bottle, medium long lasting bubbly head, light hazy deepish yellow color, aroma of citrus and white fruit,. Flavor of citrus, melon, a touch of onion and light maltiness behind, mellow medium herbal grapefruit bitterness. Balanced and really good.

Bottle from Lumiere. goldel color, bubbly white head, fading, light lasting, no lacing, some particles in suspension. Smell of american west coast style hops, flavor of pale malts, biscuit, grapefruit, hops resin. Between a session ipa and an ipa, simple body with focus on west coast style hops. Light bitterness, a bit salty, savory, crisp clean finish.
