Bottle at Lumière Light Amber color, light have, big thick head, persistent, lacing. Flavor of bold pale malts, spices (rosemary, sage), plenty of hops on the tropical/resiny side, apricot, grapefruit, grapes. Thick texture solid body, malty and well hopped. Finish propely dry, super juicy, sugary taste followed by a smooth bitter persistent but not aggressive, a bit spicy. A nice Italian d.ipa

22 June 2021. At Uiltje Taproom, Haarlem. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear red, thinning, pink head. Aroma of lots of raspberries, tart strawberry, jam, redcurrant, sour cream, vague vinegar. Taste has very sour raspberry, redcurrant, lemon peel, bit lactic, some coulis sweetness, soft vinegar too. Tart finish, lots of raspberry & berry peels, bit bready, vinous & acidic. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Very nice. Very tart but so clean to drink.

(Bottle) Hazy pale yellow colour with big, frothy, white head. Spicy, slightly fruity nose with notes of grapefruit, lemon, coriander, fresh mint and white bread. Fruity, spicy taste with white bread, grapefruit, lemon peel, coriander and a low bitterness. Light body, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Bottle, medium bubbly head, very cloudy apricot orange color, aroma of yeast, roots and some light nuttiness, quite smooth, fruity, candy, touches of honey and yeast, light but pleasant alcoholic bitterness. Very nice.
