Bottle. Clear copper with a decent white head. Aroma of malts, caramel and toffee. Taste of caramel, malts, dried fruits, toffee and raisins. Slightly herbal and nutty. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. This is nice.

Tap at Lumière. Copper color clear big offwhite head. Flavor of biscuit malt, herbs, some orange peel. Crisp taste mineral light bitter, average carbonation clean dry finish.

Maybe a new iteration? Having this as a seasonal. Very nice refreshing citrusy IPA, light but very tasty, lots of citra I would guess as there is loads of citrus fruit here.

Bottle from Hopey & Co, the kinda basic, trashy, all house brand local supermarket. Pile of rando beers, warm, next to the new beer fridge. Marked down thrice, $24.99, $14.99, $9.99. now mine. NB goblet @ home. Frothy, nearly clear, rich gold pour. Sour apricot, seawater, dank, green beans, searingly sharp. Not super sour. Veg, watermelon, radish, vinegar, bittersweet pith, lingering tartness & wood varnish. Dank. Softer than expected. Some heft. Soft. Okay acid, cigarette residue. Solid.

No coz my tu mamy, ale te beczki Lambicka od 3 Fonteinen daly sporo ciala, cierpkosci, wytrawnosci, w koncu piwo spedzilo az 18 miesiecy w tych beczkach plus fermentacja roczna w butelce. Niesamowicie zywe piwo, dzikie kwasne wyraziste, cvierpkie, doprawione, ostrawe, zadziorne, cytrusowe, nieco cydrowe, bardzo metne pod koniec, wlasciwei papka taka jaka robi to Cantillon, zerowa piana, tylko kilka pęcherzykow. Doskonale do sera dojrzewajacego 5 miesiecy z Archipelagu Wysp Azorskich
