Bière aux arômes extra forts d'abricot, sur la bouche également on retrouve cette note d'abricot, c'est beaucoup trop fort pour être naturel et un peu écœurant, je n'aime pas ce genre de bière trop aromatisées.

0.33l bottle. Hazy golden body with a lasting white head. Aroma of apricot with a dash of lemon juice. Taste of doughy yeast, apricot and some lemon zest again. OK as a beer, but huge let down as a lambic.

Late 80s bottling. It pours clear deep amber with a lovely thick, yellow / beige head. The aroma is soft, sweet - sour, apple, pear, melon, toffee apple, sherbet, caramel, toffee, leafy, dried apple and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, juicy, bright, ripe appel, pear, melon, pear drops, granny smith apple, lemon peel, touch of toffee / caramel, puckering, light acidity, leafy, tannin, earthy and leather with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Has aged super well. Great stuff.

Dark yellow and clear with lasting stable head. Wheaty, grainy sweetness. There's a light tanginess behind the sugar.

0,25l bottle at home. Bottle from the 80s, BB-options are 87-89. brown / sherry like clear color, no head. smells of raspberries, sherry, honey, spices, earthy. ok smell, heavily oxidized. medium body, no carbonation. tastes of sherry, bit metallic, berry notes, honey, mead like, peppery. fiinishes bit sweet with notes of honey, metal and sherry notes. overall the metallic notes are distracting.

Appearance: Cloudy deep red with a tall pinkish frothy head of perfect retention. Aroma: Fresh cherry, sugar, light barnyard and leather, distant lemon. Taste: Light plus sweet. Moderately sugared cherries, some funk traces, distant lemon. Mouth feel: Medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: Quite commercial. Still, honest, easy drinking, and of some kind of balance.

opalescent pale yellow colour, huge, dense and long lasting white head; aroma and taste of apricot jam with some minimal sourish-citric notes; not really good
