Bottle. A clear, orange-golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Rather fruity nose, orange zest and a little maltyness too. Medium to full body, pleasant carbonation and with flavors of bitterness, orange zest, pine cones and malty sweetness. Lasting bitterness in the end. A nice and easy drinkable beer that I won’t shy away from repeating. 120623

Bottle. A more or less clear one, brown in color and with a small, dense, light beige head. Pleasant smoke aroma with roasted malts, some coffee and a touch of dried fruits. A bit simple maybe, but sure good. The same goes for the flavor, it lacks a bit on depth, but it’s tasteful and well balanced. Smoked malts, roasted malts and some dried fruits. Dry, medium to full bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Lasting smoked finish. Sure a surprise from France this one. 120623
