On tap. Pours a copper color with no head. Aromas of stoned fruit skins, a little balsamic vinegar and wheaty malts. Flavors of grape skins, apricots, citrus and big wheaty malts. Quite nice.

Bottle that I've had in the beer fridge for some time, forgot where this came from. Consumed at home Saturday 9th December 2023 in the company of Jude and Baz after a nice snowy hike to the pub. We're listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music and we had a great Raclette for tea tonight with plenty of options. Pours black, with a small beige head. Quire a fizzy light feeling in the mouth, plenty of carbonation but not the type to sustain a large head. Aroma is mostly raspberries but there is a little bit of roasted malt and cocoa. It's a little thinner in the mouth than I would like, quite a zappy tart raspberryness, good but I was hoping for a bit more balance and a richer, more indulgent stout.

Smaksprøve fra fat på Lervig Local: klar rosagylden med ok skum. Sure kirsebær, søte citroner og litt vanilje. Slank (lite og ingen maltsmak), med astringerende sursyrlig avslutning.

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Patchy surface, clear late straw coloured body, hazy last pour, fair lacing. Moderate smell of saison fruits and grainy malts. Flavoured with ripe lemon, grass, and pale malts. Drying close, Soft on the swallow. Just alright with our chicken soup. (Tromsø, 18.06.2023).
