Bottled 20.05.2020. orange hazy color, small white head. smells funky, sour apples, oak, wood, bit peppery, spices, herbal. nice to very nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes oak, spices, tobacco, earthy, grassy, subtle balsamic notes. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of balsamico, tobacco and oak notes. nice stuff, rather oak forward, pretty good balance.

Tap at Indewildeman, Amsterdam, 19th April 2023. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is tart and fruity. Taste is refreshing, tart citrus and grapefruit. Not bad

Bottled. Coppery amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is lemon, caramel, some ripe fruits, mild chocolaty tones with some slight alcohol sweetness. Flavour is caramel, some alcohol, ripe fruits, chocolate and mild toasted and nutty tones. Good sipper, and alcohol is not annoyingly strong in this one.

Dorée, pâle, col blanc.
Arôme au bouquet dank - hop bag, fruité avec un côté pot-pourri, pungent, un peu sur un rappel de Sorachi.
Palais est délicieux (surement le Zappa), petite note de dank/résineux/chanvre, fruits à noyaux et fruits doux/blancs, pétale de rose léger.

Couleur pâle claire, col fin crémeux blanc.
Arôme sur un léger parfum fumé, grains concassés avec une minéralité discrète et un agréable bouquet fumé qui reprend sa place avec un apport houblonné vers le noble/citronné.
Palais sur une fine acidité, citronnelle, assez sec, fumé plaisant, petite note rappelant le bourgeon, fleur de sureau voire de baies de genévrier. Salin en fin de bouche sur une effervescence moyenne/haute, houblonné léger sur le noble.

7-3-7-4-14 Bottle, one year after bottling. Pours hazy golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is tart, acetic notes with hay and apple cider vinegar, grapes and berries, as well as apricots, fruit pits and minerals. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is acetic notes of wine vinegar with plums and berries, as well as musty fruit peel and minerals.
