Kawa zbożowa, paloność, ciemna czekolada, przypalona skórka od chleba. Barwa ciemnobrunatna, przejrzyste, piękna i trwała piana jak w Guinessie. Goryczka niska, palona. Piwo lekkie, ciut wodniste ale bardzo pijalne i bardzo przyjemne.
